Cornelius the squirrel lives in the fairy village beside Cahir Caste. He often cruises the woodland trails on his Vespa scooter, waving  at everyone, sometimes giving lifts to his furry friends and neighbours, and going on excursions to ancient sites around south Tipperary. His one wish is that he could set up a Vespa scooter club, which he thinks is an impossible dream. But dreams do come true if you really want them to, and, propitiously, Cornelius encounters Freddy Fox, who starts him on his mission to meet the right creatures at the right time!
